Born and raised in Moore County, Talmadge Shepherd is a true local. From growing up in West End and attending Pinecrest High School, to buying his first house in Southern Pines, Talmadge has experienced first-hand this area’s growth and development; and has a vested interest in seeing his hometown thrive. After obtaining his degree from North Carolina State University, Talmadge spent the better part of a decade working in digital media for some of the top ad-tech companies. After purchasing his home in Southern Pines in 2022, he decided to pursue real estate to share what he loves about his community.
