We purchased our first condo in Linville Gardens in 2022 through VOP. This last year we decided we needed additional room and purchased a 2nd larger unit in the Lakeview / Sugar Gum Association. We worked with Talmadge during the purchase of our 2nd unit and the sales process was very smooth. Talmadge was very accommodating and helpful in providing us guidance throughout the sale and we couldn’t be happier! Â

We also decided to rent our single bedroom unit in Linville Gardens beginning in January and the rental process with VOP has been very easy. Talmadge and Andrea communicate with us regularly when needed and are always just an email or phone call away when we have questions or concerns. We had a problem with our heat exchanger over the winter, and Talmadge took it upon himself to contact a Heating Company for us, and we were back up and running within the day. Having Talmadge and the team at VOP Rentals managing everything is peace of mind!
We have been using VOP Rentals for over 4 years for short term and long term rentals. The property seems to be rented all the time. We are so pleased with the management and service provided, we signed with the VOP Rentals with another rental property. The new rental property already has renters scheduled. Talmadge & Andrea are very talented managing our properties.
